Estlion offers 18months warranty for all the machines commencing from the date customers receive the machines.

For claim from Estlion, customers must fill in the “warranty feedback form” which can be downloaded from the web if you log in. Pls send back the form to the related representative. Estlion would feed back within 24hours.
As per different cases, warranty may cover related parts, or whole machines, or Estlion sending engineers to customer side.

If the machines are out of warranty period, Estlion promises to supply the parts for the whole life of machines at cost price.

Estlion would not cover any warranty if the problem is caused by customer incorrect operations. In order to protect customer and factory benefits, Estlion urges all customers to read the operation manuals together with machines before operation, to avoid any operation mistake.

Estlion would strictly obey to the company warranty policy for any raised complaints and claims.
